We piled up the dead bodies and moved away from their stench to make camp. Along the way we found the accursed nightshade plant and I cut ten bunches and added another bunch to my poison kit. We noticed that the sap of the plant was the same purple as the blood of the wolves and bonemen. We took a much needed rest and then headed back to the caravan. Along the way we decided that we would travel to the town of Trivor with the caravan and find out a bit more about Bill as he gave all of us a bit of heebie-jeebies. I also am plotting how I can get the slaves away from him as I don’ think a good end awaits them.
Seymour gave us the Supreme Heal (Pinroy) as promised and when we handed over the nighshade I asked about the blood of those we fought. He said some wildmen tribes eat the nightshade plant raw which gives them a berserker like trance. I asked him if he would show me how to work with nightshade so I can pick it and add it to my poisoners’ kit. He agreed and I was able to get a small vial of poison (4x) – he said if we dip our bolt tips in it we would poison whoever was shot (x1d8 damage and 50/50 change they would berserk – may attack others in the their party).
THINGS TO REMEMBER FOR NEXT ROTATION:
- We are traveling to Trivor – a town before the Boomtown to procure mounts and survival gear for the desert
o We should find out all that we can about the Sea of Dust from the caravan folks
- Boomtown is a town in the Sea of Dust which is a jumping off town for adventurers
- Pinroy needs 300 gp diamonds (at least 2-3)
- Mak – get more nightshade and make vials for Ronyn and Oberon
- Bill – investigate as possible demon in disguise
- Will from the Captain himself which states if we take this to the Salvatore’s Bank at 102 Sharpe Street in Ran Mould (a city somewhere in the Sea of Dust that was famous for some wizard that died fighting the war with the dragonborn.) we can get his treasure of 5000 gp, 18 pp and 6 sp (the key we found may open up something in the bank)
- a deed to a ship called the Grimborn (Wave never heard of it)
o 200’/x30’
o Three mast
o No crew
o Docked for reservation for 15 years by the owner of will. If not claimed in this time it will go to unknown buyers.
